The Welsh Crew

The Welsh Crew were chosen to assist the school to earn the Welsh Charter’s Gold Award. They work hard to promote the use of Welsh outside the classrooms’ walls by choosing weekly Welsh music and rewarding other pupils for using the language on the yard.

The Welsh Government has set a target of having a million Welsh speakers by 2050, and the work of the school and the Welsh Crew is essential to create the futures Welsh speakers.
